Bihar Police has arrested four persons in connection with the shooting death of a local journalist in Araria district of the state. Police said that the search for two more accused in this case is going on. The incident took place in Raniganj market area on Thursday. Chief Minister Nitish Kumar called it a tragic incident and said that on hearing the news, he directed officials to investigate the crime. It is being said that two years ago journalist Vimal Yadav’s brother was killed by miscreants. He was the Sarpanch of the area. Vimal was the main witness in this murder case and as he is the main witness, it is suspected that the miscreants killed him. Vimal Kumar Yadav testified against his brother’s killer during the ongoing court trial despite alleged threats.
