The number of candidates registering for admission in AKTU affiliated colleges has increased. A total of 43 thousand candidates have registered for the session 2023-24. There have been three thousand more registrations in the B.Tech course compared to the last semester. JEE Mains ranking is considered for admission to B.Tech courses in AKTU affiliated colleges. Only the candidates who appear in this examination can get admission in the technical university after registering themselves. On the other hand, candidates appearing in CUET UG and PG examinations in undergraduate, postgraduate courses are considered eligible for admission.
AKTU Admission Coordinator Prof. Arun Tiwari says that more than 43 thousand candidates have registered for B.Tech, UG and PG courses. While the registration process for Bpharma has not yet started. 33800 candidates registered for B.Tech. At the same time, 5730 candidates of CUET UG and 3409 candidates of PG are also included. While in the last session 2022-23 only 30 thousand candidates registered for B.Tech course. This time three thousand more registrations have been done.

Rehabilitation University released MTech, MBA Merit
Dr. Shakuntala Mishra Rehabilitation University released the list of various PG courses under PG admission process. Counseling will be held on September 1 and 2 in Room No. 423, 3rd Floor, Academic Block. Merit of B.Com EWS category was also released. Another merit list of M.Ed Special Education has also been released. Counseling will start from September 1 in the academic block. Along with this, the first merit list of MBA has also been released. Counseling will be held on September 6 in Room No. 215. Counseling of selected candidates of M.Tech will be held on 4th, 5th and 6th September.
