The theme of the conference is “Strengthening Democracy and Good Governance in the Digital Age”. The conference will conclude on Tuesday, August 22, 2023 with a closing address by Jagdeep Dhankhar, Vice President of India and Speaker of the Rajya Sabha. Rajasthan Governor Kalraj Mishra and other dignitaries will participate in the farewell session.
