In such a situation, due to non-payment, the bank is now preparing to auction his Juhu bungalow. The bank has issued a newspaper notice to auction Sunny’s Juhu house. According to a notice printed in the newspaper, Sunny had to repay a bank loan of around 56 crores.

According to the bank, the e-auction of Sunny’s bungalow in Juhu will take place on September 25 from 1 pm to 3 pm. The base price for the auction has been fixed at Rs 51.43 crore by the bank.
