Delhi: Neighbors killed a home guard jawan in a petty dispute

A case has been registered at Chanya police station in connection with the murder of Dharampal, a resident of village Garh Kheda, who was working in the Delhi Home Guard. One accused has been arrested in this case and another will be arrested soon. Ajay’s son Sunil and his son Bishambar killed their neighbor Dharampal with a sword around 7:30 pm on Sunday, police said.

The police received information about the incident around 9.30 pm. As soon as the information was received SHO Surendra of Police Station Chhayana, ACP Tigaon Rajesh Lohan, ACP Crime Aman Yadav and teams of Crime Branch reached the spot. Necessary legal action was taken after inspecting the incident site. Dharampal, 50, is a resident of Garh Kheda village and was working as a home guard in Delhi. He was digging a pit for bathroom waste at his house. A material crusher for construction work was kept in the cement lane, on which water was poured by the accused. When Dharampal refused, Sunil killed him with a sword.

On the complaint of Dharampal’s nephew Amit, a case of murder of Dharampal has been registered against the accused Ajay and Sunil in Chanya police station. Legal action is being taken against the accused, and all will be arrested soon. The body of deceased Dharampal has been taken to BK Hospital for post-mortem.
