NCP MP from Lakshadweep (UT) Mohammad Faisal has received a major blow from the Supreme Court. After which his sword of disqualification from the Lok Sabha has been hung again. The Supreme Court reinstated the sentence in the attempted murder case and quashed the Kerala High Court’s decision to acquit him.
