Chandrayaan-3: Pragyan rover comes out of Chandrayaan-3 lander, know what it will do for 14 days on the moon

New Delhi:
India has created history in the world. Chandrayaan-3 (Chandrayaan-3 Successful Landing) has successfully landed on the South Pole of the Moon. By doing so, India became the first country to land a spacecraft on the South Pole of the Moon (Chandrayan-3 landing on the South Pole of the Moon). While India is the fourth country in the world to make a soft landing on any part of the Moon. Before India, only America, Soviet Union (now Russia) and China have been able to do a soft landing on the moon.

Read about the successful landing of Chandrayaan-3:-

  1. The lander of Chandrayaan-3 landed at 6.40 pm on Wednesday. After two hours and 26 minutes, the rover also emerged from the lander. A rover is a six-wheeled robot. It will walk on the surface of the moon. Its wheels bear the imprint of the Ashoka Pillar and the Isro logo. As the rover moves across the lunar surface, the Ashoka Pillar imprint and ISRO logo will be imprinted.

  2. The landing of Chandrayaan-3 started at 5.30 am. The rough landing was very successful. After this, the lander made a vertical landing at 5.44 am. At that time the distance of Chandrayaan-3 from the moon was 3 km.

  3. In its 20 minutes, Chandrayaan-3 completed the 25 km journey from the last orbit of the Moon. The lander was then slowly lowered. The lander took its first step on the moon at 6.04 pm. Thus, India became the first country in the world to set foot on the South Pole of the Moon. After reaching the moon, Chandrayaan-3 sent a message – I have reached my destination.

  4. After the communication, the lander’s ramp will open and the Pragyan rover will land on the lunar surface from the ramp. After this its wheels will leave an imprint of the Ashoka pillar and Isro logo on the lunar surface. Then ‘Vikram’ ‘Lander’ will take Pragyan’s photo and Pragyan will take Vikram’s photo. They will send this photo to Earth.

  5. According to Isro, the rover Pragyan lander will be useful as soon as it comes out of Vikram. The rover will explore the South Pole of the Moon for 14 days. In fact, 14 days on Earth equals only one day on the Moon. In such a scenario, after landing at the South Pole, the rover will have only 14 days to complete the task. During this time there will be sunlight on the moon and both will continue to receive solar energy. After 14 days it will be dark at the South Pole. Both Land Rovers will then stop working.

  6. PM Modi witnessed the successful soft landing of Chandrayaan-3 virtually from South Africa. After the successful landing, PM Modi congratulated ISRO and the country. PM Modi said that Chanda Mama is no longer from afar, but from a journey.

  7. With the successful soft landing of Chandrayaan-3, India emerged as a space power. At the same time, the stature of ISRO has become higher than other space agencies of the world. Countrymen are congratulating ISRO scientists and appreciating their work.

  8. PM Modi said, “Chanda Mama is not from distance, but from travel. He congratulated ISRO and countrymen.” The PM said, “This is the moment of India’s strength. This is the moment of new energy, new faith, new consciousness in India. Amritkal has rained nectar.”

  9. The PM said, “We took a resolution on earth and realized it on the moon. We have seen a new flight of New India in space. Earlier it was said that Chanda Mama is far away. One day children will call Chanda.” Mama is on a bus tour.”

  10. Chandrayaan-3 was launched from Sriharikota in Andhra Pradesh at 3.35 am on July 14. It took 41 days to land on the surface of the moon. The total distance from the Earth to the Moon is 3 lakh 84 thousand kilometers.
