SSC Delhi Police CAPF SI Recruitment Exam 2023: SSC has changed the rules of negative marking in Delhi Police Paper-1 and Paper-2 and CAPF SI Recruitment Exam 2023. Now there will be less penalty for wrong answers. Under the new criteria, one quarter mark will be deducted for each wrong answer in Paper-1 and Paper-2. While the recruitment notification released on July 22, 2023 said that one-third of the marks will be deducted if the question is wrong. Other terms and conditions of advertisement are kept as before. Applications for this recruitment were taken from 22 July to 15 August 2023.

This time recruitment for 1876 posts of Sub Inspector in SSC CPO. There are 1714 posts in CAPF apart from 109 posts for men and 53 posts for women in Delhi Police.

The exam will be conducted in three phases. In the first phase, the written examination will consist of objective multiple choice questions. Those who qualify the preliminary exam will be called for PET PST. That is, the second phase will be Physical Efficiency Test and Physical Standard Test (PET and PST). Passing, high jump, long jump and height measurement are mandatory in this phase of running. That means it will be only qualifying. His marks will not be added to the final merit.

Run and jump rules
For men

– 100 meter race in 16 seconds
– 1.6 km run in 6.5 minutes
Long jump of 3.65 m (in 3 chances)
1.2 m high jump (in 3 chances)
Shot put (16 lbs) will be thrown 4.5 meters. (in 3 chances)

For women
– 100 meter race in 18 seconds
– 800 meters race in 4 minutes
Long jump of 2.7 meters (in 3 chances)
0.9 m high jump (in 3 chances)

PET – Physical Measurement
For men
Length – 170 cm
Chest – 80 cm
Expanded chest – 85 cm

For women
Length – 157 cm

Candidates who will qualify in PET and PST stage will have to appear in Paper-II. Paper-2 will test English Language and Comprehension. The final merit will be prepared based on the performance in Paper-1 and Paper-2. Based on the marks obtained in Paper-1 and Paper-2, the candidates will be called for the medical examination. Medical pass candidates will be called for document verification.
