What is Mancading?
In cricket, whenever a batsman is dismissed like this, there is talk of manhandling. However, the ICC has deemed Mankding as appropriate. Under this rule, when a batsman leaves the crease before the ball leaves the bowler’s hand at the non-strike end, in such a situation, the bowler can appeal for a run out by scattering the ball of the wicket over that batsman’s ball. The end, shows his understanding. In such a situation that player is declared out of the crease. India’s veteran off-spinner R Ashwin made Jos Buttler a maul in the IPL in 2019, causing much fanfare.
Naseem Shah became the hero of victory
Talking about the match, Afghanistan scored 300 runs for 5 wickets while batting first. In reply, Pakistan won by one wicket with 1 ball to spare. The hero of Pakistan’s victory was 20-year-old Naseem Shah, who hit fours to lead the team to a thrilling victory. The third and final ODI of the series will be played on August 26.
