Washington: Former US President Donald Trump has returned to the social media platform Twitter. Currently, a mountain of problems has collapsed on Trump. Trump returned to X, formerly known as Twitter, on Thursday night after more than two years. On January 6, 2021, his account was banned by Twitter following the US Capitol riots. After which he started his social network ‘Satya’. He has posted a link to his website and a historical photo of himself in the first post.
Trump posted a picture of the mug shot on the X platform. The picture read, “Never Surrender!” In fact, Trump surrendered to a Georgia election fraud case on Thursday, when this photo was taken at the Fulton County Jail. A mug shot is simply a ‘picture of a face’. This is the first time a mug shot has been taken of a former US president. That is why this event is historic in itself. In the picture released by the sheriff’s office, he was wearing a dark blue suit, white shirt and red tie and was shouting at the camera when the picture was clicked.

After Trump surrendered in the Georgia election fraud case, he was arrested and held in jail for 20 minutes. The case was held at the Fulton County Jail. After posing for a photo, he told reporters outside Atlanta, “What happened here is a travesty of justice. We have done nothing wrong.”
Trump has 86 million followers on the X platform (formerly Twitter). The mugshots he posted here are going viral. His post was viewed by 2.5 crore people. Trump’s mugshot has been chosen by 4 lakh 35 thousand people. On this post, users congratulated him for returning to X. Many users also mocked her mug shot. “You should leave this platform…thanks,” one user wrote. “This is the best comeback ever,” wrote one.
