The stock market regulator SEBI has filed its reply in the Supreme Court on the Adani-Hindenburg case. SEBI has said that 22 of the total 24 investigations have been completed. While 2 investigations are in final stages. The market regulator is awaiting reports from outside agencies in the remaining two cases.
The remaining two probes cover 13 Adani Group companies. In which details have been sought from FPIs of 5 countries. Let us tell you that Adani Group has been denying Hindenburg’s allegations since the beginning.
