Kohli roared ahead of the World Cup
Virat’s statement does not bode well for the bowlers
New Delhi. The World Cup 2023 is going to be held in India this time. This prestigious tournament may prove to be the last tournament for some players from the country. The reason is that many players are located in the age stage. Among these players, the name of veteran cricketer Virat Kohli of the blue team also comes. If this turns out to be Kohli’s last World Cup, he will enter the field with all his heart. He has also expressed his intention.
Speaking to PTI during a promotional event, the 34-year-old batsman said that playing the World Cup in the country will be a different experience in itself. After the World Cup 2011, I am ready to be a part of this tournament again in the country, but this is more exciting than putting pressure on me. Despite a 15-year cricket career, World Cup 2023 is presenting many challenges, but I like such challenges.
Kohli participated in World Cup 2011:
Virat Kohli has participated in the World Cup many times for the country. In the meantime, he has also got success once. In the year 2011, when the Indian team won the prestigious title, Virat Kohli was also a part of that team. Meanwhile, his age was only 23 years.
Kohli is currently 34 years old. He will be 38 by the next World Cup. Nowadays the chances of injury of the players are high. In such a situation, whether he will participate in the next World Cup or not will be known only in the future.

Virat Kohli has played a total of 501 international matches for the Indian team so far. Meanwhile, 25582 runs have come out of his bat in 559 innings. Kohli has 76 centuries, seven double centuries and 131 fifties in international cricket.
