Mumbai: Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) president Lalu Prasad and Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Tejashwi Prasad Yadav arrived in Mumbai on Tuesday for the third meeting of the opposition alliance ‘Bharat’ in Mumbai this week. The meeting of ‘Indian National Developmental Inclusive Alliance (India)’ will be held on August 31 and September 1 at a luxury hotel in Mumbai. The alliance’s ‘logo’ is expected to be unveiled on Thursday.

Discussions on the formation of coordination committee, appointment of coordinators and distribution of seats for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections are on the agenda of the ‘Bharat’ alliance meeting. Maharashtra’s ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), Shiv Sena and the Ajit Pawar faction of the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) will meet in Worli in south Mumbai on August 31 and September 1 to discuss the Lok Sabha elections.
NCP (Ajit Pawar group) state president Sunil Tatkare said, “We have been planning this meeting for many days. Senior leaders of the three parties will meet in Mumbai.
