Sunny Deol is constantly in the news after Ghadar 2 became a blockbuster. Recently there was a news that Sunny Deol has a bank loan. Now the matter of money transaction of producer Sunil Darshan and Sunny Deol is again in discussion. Sunil has worked with Sunny in films like Loontera, Intakam and Ajay. Sunil alleges that Sunny Deol took nearly Rs 2 crore from him in 1996, which he has not returned till date. For this he has also filed a case.
Sunny asked for financial help
Sunil Darshan has spoken on this issue before. Now after the tremendous earnings of Ghadar 2, the matter has been reopened. In a conversation with Dainik Bhaskar, Sunil Darshan said that Sunny Deol sought his help in 1996 after the shooting of Ajay’s film was completed. He said he wanted to open his own international film distribution company. Sunny Deol also took the overseas distribution rights of Ajay’s film. He also promised to give full money for it.
Print without paying
Sunil Darshan further says that Sunny asked him for time and said that he has to go to London to arrange the money. After this talked about buying prints. Also signed the papers. Sunil said, Sunny’s man came to take the print but did not bring money. I was stunned. Sunny told about bank closure on Christmas holiday over the phone. Sunil trusted and gave the print.
Sunny Deol kept giving mistakes
Sunil says that Sunny Deol showed his true colors after this. He says that for several months he kept asking Sunny Deol for money. Sunny kept calling him in different cities. Sunil said that if he had gone to Sunny Deol’s sets, he would have made excuses and avoided him.
Then asked for help
After this Sunny Deol said that he is shooting for a film and needs help for its production. After the completion of the film, Sunil talked about doing the film with Darshan and said that the money will be adjusted in this. Sunil says neither the film was made nor Sunny paid the money and broke trust once again.
Keep making excuses
Sunil said that even after running back for 4 years, Sunny did not pay the money, so he took the help of the court. Sunny Deol told the court that he had no money to pay. So he can film with Sunil. Even after this he did not do the film and kept postponing it on one pretext or the other.
Build my own property…
Sunli Darshan said that 27 years have passed and even today he is making court rounds for money. He said that he had no intention of giving money from the beginning. Our established amount is 1 crore 77 lakh 25 thousand rupees. Sunil Darshan said, Sunny has built his own property and has forgotten to return people’s money. I have faith in the law that I will get my money for sure.
