RARKPK launched in late July with $1.73 million. With such an opening one would normally expect a final figure of around $5 million with good trending, but the film continued to perform well week after week and estimates kept rising and has now crossed the $10 million mark. The film had to compete with multiple releases throughout August. Now in September it is competing with Dream Girl 2 which released last week and before that Ghadar 2 and OMG 2.
With Shahrukh Khan’s Jaawan releasing next week, its momentum may slow down, but if it continues to grow, it could reach the top.
