Nepal scored 230 runs in 48.2 overs
Earlier, with the help of opener Asif Sheikh’s half-century and Sompal Kami’s impressive innings, Nepal made a respectable score of 230 runs in 48.2 overs. After Nepal were invited to bat first, Asif Sheikh (58 off 97 balls) and Kushal Bhurtel (38 off 25 balls) capitalized on the start to life and added 65 runs for the first wicket. Jadeja took 3 wickets for 40 runs
For India, Ravindra Jadeja took 3 wickets for 40 runs, but another spinner, Kuldeep Yadav (34 runs from 10 overs) had no success.
