Billionaire Gautam Adani has regained his lost status after claiming the title of Asia’s second richest man. He has once again made it to the top 20 list of the world’s richest people. Adani is ranked 20th with a net worth of $64.3 billion in the latest ranking of the Bloomberg Billionaires Index. He was second in the list of billionaire earners on Wednesday.
Adani is second in revenue
According to the Bloomberg Billionaires Index, his wealth increased by $975 million on Wednesday, making him the second highest earner in the world today. The first place in this category was held by Michael Dell, who earned $1.22 billion. Dell was the only billionaire on the list of nearly 500 billionaires whose fortunes grew by more than a billion dollars on Wednesday.

Bernard Arnault is the biggest loser
Shares of many major companies fell due to the fall in the US stock markets on Wednesday. This saw the net worth of many billionaires including Elon Musk, Larry Page, Jeff Bezos, Sergey Brin drop. Elon Musk lost $3.27 billion, while Bernard Arnault was the top loser on Wednesday, losing $4.39 billion. Jeff Bezos’ net worth dropped by $1.99 billion.
