Byomkesh Bakshi was a Bengali spy who sought the truth. He solves a difficult case with his friend Ajit Banerjee. Byomkesh believed in bringing out the truth rather than laws and clues. He used to devise his own ways to bring out the truth. ‘Satyanveshi’, ‘Raste Ka Kanta’, ‘Seemant Heera’, ‘Makdi Ka Raas’, ‘Lal Neelam’, ‘Bhoot’, ‘Agnibaan’ etc. were some of its special episodes.
