Baba Farid University of Health Sciences (BFUHS) has released the seat matrix for NEET UG Round-3 counselling. According to the seat matrix, 262 MBBS seats and 787 BDS seats are vacant in the state’s medical and dental colleges. Desh Bhagat Dental College Govindgarh has maximum 87 BDS seats vacant. While 30 MBBS seats are vacant in Guru Gobind Singh Medical College, Faridkot, 19 in Government Medical College Amritsar, 51 in Adesh Institute of Medical Sciences Bathinda, 37 in Punjab Institute of Medical Sciences Jalandhar. Today 8 September 2023 is the last day to register for Punjab NEET Counseling Round-3. Candidates can apply by visiting bfuhs.ac.in. Last date for payment of fee is also 8th September.
Last date for correction of online filled application form is till tomorrow. The provisional merit list will be released on September 13, 2023. Candidates including NRI candidates who want to appear for the third round can submit college/course/quota/category selection options online till September 15, 2023. The provisional seat allotment result will be declared on September 20. The last date for raising objections to provisional allotment is September 21, 2023.
Candidates who have not joined the allotted seat (Fresh/Upgrade) of Round-II counseling can apply afresh for the third round. They have to submit the security amount again to submit options/choices as per their desired course/college/quota and programme.
