Los Angeles. Actor Al Pacino is single again. The 83-year-old Hollywood veteran has ended his relationship with his 29-year-old girlfriend Noor Alfallah. He has a three month old son. Noor Alfallah has applied for custody of her son. She has filed legal documents in Los Angeles seeking custody of the child. It also said that it wants ‘The Godfather’ actor to have the right to a ‘proper meeting’.
Earlier, Alfallah had agreed to joint legal custody, saying she wanted her ex-boyfriend to help her make decisions about things like education, medical treatment, finances and religion. In his legal filing, Alfallah filed a document titled ‘Voluntary Declaration of Parents’, which was signed by both.
The two were romantically linked last year since April 2022. They welcomed their baby boy, Roman Alfalfa Pacino, just three months ago on June 6. This makes Al Pacino one of the oldest children in Hollywood. The ‘Scarface’ actor is already a father of three children with two women. He has twins, Olivia Pacino and Anton James Pacino, 22, with Beverly D’Angelo.
As The Blast reports, Alfallah has requested in his court documents that Pacino pay his attorney fees or any other costs related to the case, including a specific amount of child support, although the amount could not be determined. Not mentioned. The legal papers for the case state that the court can make orders in children’s cases and grant assignments without notice to either party.
According to the report, Pacino is not actually fighting the case anyway, as he is not married. This simplifies the legal process, simply establishing paternity and child support. It was expected that the judge in the case would rule on the amount sought by Alfalah at an upcoming hearing.
