Please inform that Joe Biden will start his India tour on September 7 ie from today. Biden will also hold a bilateral meeting with PM Modi during his visit to India.
John Kirby said, ‘Each nation has to make its own sovereign decisions. We are clear with all our allies and partners where we stand in terms of economic opportunities and trade with Russia. But each sovereign nation has to make these decisions for itself.
Speaking to reporters during a press briefing at the Washington Foreign Press Center, Kirby spoke about the absence of Russian President Vladimir Putin and Chinese President Xi Jinping at the G20 summit in India this week. With this he gave his message to Russia, ‘Leave Ukraine, stop the war.’ On the other hand, on Friday also told about the possibility of a discussion between US President Joe Biden and Prime Minister Narendra Modi. “The two leaders will certainly discuss security, economic and diplomatic challenges across the Indo-Pacific,” Kirby said.
