Washington: If you are a journalist by profession, Elon Musk, the owner of X platform, has a great offer for you. He appealed to journalists to publish news directly on X. X was formerly known as Twitter. Elon Musk has become the owner of this micro-blogging platform only last year. Elon Musk has promised journalists more money and more freedom to write if they choose to publish on X.
Elon Musk also posted on X to inform about the offer, “If you are a journalist who wants more freedom to write and more income, publish directly on this platform.” Musk has also previously talked about plans to allow media publishers on the platform to charge users for reading their articles. He said users will be charged “on a per-article basis” and will have to pay more if they don’t sign up for a monthly subscription.
If you are a journalist who wants more freedom to write and more income, publish directly on this platform!

However, such changes in X’s policy are yet to be seen. Meanwhile, X is now facing a copyright case in France by the AFP news agency. The AFP said it filed the case to compel X to hand over data that would allow it to estimate a fair level of compensation.
