Before the World Cup, Australia’s batsman turned one-man army, defeated the Proteas team

New Delhi. All the teams have made preparations before the World Cup (World Cup 2023). One of them is the name of the world champion team Australia which is taking on South Africa in the ODI series. In the first match, the guests won the toss and decided to bowl first. Proteas captain Temba Bavuma challenged the Australian bowlers and scored a brilliant century. But Australia’s star batsman Marnus Labusche alone ruined the efforts of the entire South African team.

Batting first for South Africa, Temba Bavuma batted brilliantly. Bavuma bailed his team out of trouble. He played a record breaking innings of 112 runs off 142 balls and took the team to a score of 222 runs. South Africa also got off to a great start in bowling. The bowlers wreaked such havoc that the Kangaroo team lost 6 batsmen within 100 runs. But Marnus Labuschagne proved to be the team’s one-man army and remained at the crease leading Australia to victory.

In this match against South Africa, Marnus Labuchen came to bat at number 8. He played a match winning innings of 80 runs and forced the opposition team to kneel down. After winning this match by 3 wickets, Australia has taken a 1-0 lead in the 3 match series.
