Bihar Board: Computers will soon be installed in about 10,000 secondary and higher secondary schools in the state. Additional Chief Secretary Education Department KK Pathak has assigned the responsibility of ensuring this to the District Education Officers (DEOs). 20 computer labs will be created in secondary schools and 10 computer labs in secondary schools. So that students can be given computer education easily. In this regard, KK Pathak has issued guidelines to all DEOs on Friday. They have 8/25/2023 9:48:55 PM given freedom to DEOs to install computers (desktops) or laptops in their district schools from any one of the 20 agencies selected by the department.

Hence the district is not being allotted to the selected agencies. Whichever agency can work faster, the DEO will give priority to it. Pathak also said that there have been incidents of computer theft from many schools in the past. That is why security personnel should be deployed before installing computers in schools. The DEO has also been informed that the department has also selected an agency for Computer Teacher (ICT Instructor). So give them the responsibility of schools soon. A computer teacher will cost around 16 thousand per month. Computers will be installed in more schools in the next phase.
