Bihar STET 2023: Tomorrow is the last date to apply for Bihar Secondary Education Eligibility Test (STET) 2023. Interested candidates who have not yet applied can apply till August 23 by visiting Bihar Board STET website bsebstet.com. Hindi, Urdu, Bangla, Maithili, Sanskrit, Arabic, Persian, Bhojpuri, English, Mathematics, Science, Social Science, Physical Education, Music, Fine Arts, Dance and Special School Teacher under Paper-1 and Hindi, Urdu under Paper-2 , English, Sanskrit, Bengali, Maithili, Maghi, Arabic, Persian, Bhojpuri, Pali, Prakrit, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, History, Geography, Political Science, Sociology, Economics, Philosophy, Psychology, Home Science, Commerce will be. There should be an exam for teachers of Computer Science, Agriculture and Music subjects.
Exam Pattern
Questions in Bihar STET exam will be multiple choice. One mark will be awarded for each question. There will be no negative marking. The pattern of the paper will be of graduation level applicable in state universities. Paper-1 and Paper-2 will have 100 questions from specified subject and 50 marks will be from Teacher Arts, Other Skills. That means there will be total 150 questions. The duration of the exam to be conducted in CBT mode will be two and a half hours.
Passing marks
General – 50%
Backward Classes – 45.5 percent
Extremely Backward Classes – 42.5 percent
SC, ST – 40 percent
Handicapped – 40 percent
Women – 40 percent
Keep these rules regarding photo and signature in mind while applying
– The scanned size of the photograph of the candidate should be between 20 kb to 50 kb and the size should be 3.5 cm * 4.5 cm. Scanned size of signature should be between 10 kb to 30 kb.
Color photograph should be recent. Background should be white or light colored. The front of the camera should be drawn. Photo should not have dark glasses or cap.
