Regarding revision of Bihar’s 1.70 lakh teacher recruitment forms, BPSC president Atul Prasad has said that everyone, including primary, has an opportunity to revise the entry. He said that the primary candidates will be informed later how they can convert their BEd certificates to D.El.Ed. It is mandatory to correct entries as per supporting documents. Any document submitted now cannot be changed.
Let us tell you that BPSC has given an opportunity to 1.70 lakh teacher recruitment candidates to edit the form between September 1 to September 3. Candidates can correct the error in details related to date of birth, nature of disability, reservation category, caste, address, educational and training qualification between September 1 to September 3. The Commission has said that candidates cannot upload any new documents. The certificate number and date of issue can be amended in the uploaded document. Based on the uploaded documents the details can be corrected and made error free. Candidate can upload the certificate related to educational qualification if available. Information regarding class 1 to 5 candidates will be released soon.

The commission has further stated in the notice that during the verification of documents starting from September 4, 2023 in the districts, if any discrepancy is found in the uploaded documents and related details, such candidates will be considered for further action. Failure to provide details as per verified uploaded document may affect eligibility.
The Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) has written to all District Magistrates asking them to get the certificates of candidates verified in their home districts from September 4 to 12 at their own level. Only the certificates uploaded by the candidates on the website of the Commission will be verified. First of all, certificates of Higher Secondary (11-12) candidates will be verified by the commission. After this, certificates of secondary teacher candidates will be checked. The Commission will first verify the certificates so that the candidates do not face more difficulties at the time of appointment.
