BPSC Shiksha Bharti Exam: Tough competition in some subjects in Bihar Teacher Recruitment, similar situation in many subjects

BPSC TRE: In many subjects of secondary and higher secondary, teachers will not be able to match seats in the teacher recruitment test. Some subjects will see neck to neck competition between the candidates. According to the number of posts created in the teacher recruitment exam conducted by the Bihar Public Service Commission, the number of candidates in many subjects is low. In such a case, posts will remain vacant even after appointment in both secondary and higher secondary.

Here, BPSC President Atul Prasad tweeted information that except for some subjects in secondary and higher secondary, candidates will be successful in many subjects if they only get qualifying marks. Re-examination will have to be conducted for remaining posts. Here, Bihar Board has received applications for Secondary and Higher Secondary Examination. This time BPSC gave opportunity to only STET pass candidates to appear in the exam. In the year 2019, Bihar Board conducted seven subjects exam in Secondary (9th to 10th). In which one lakh 33 thousand 293 candidates took the exam, while 53715 candidates were successful in various subjects. Eight subjects were examined in Higher Secondary (11 to 12). 45284 candidates appeared for the exam, 26687 passed.

Post No. 57616 in Higher Secondary The number of posts in higher secondary is 57616, while the number of candidates appearing for the exam is 39 thousand. In the year 2019, the Bihar board conducted the examination of only eight subjects (11th to 12th). In which 26687 were successful. The number of computer science post in higher secondary is 8395, 17 thousand candidates appeared for the exam. 2700 candidates appeared against 2673 posts in Mathematics. Fewer candidates appeared in Zoology, Botany, Chemistry, English, Maithili and Physics. In this, if the candidate gets the qualifying marks, the job is confirmed. And in 2019, there was no examination of social science subjects for class 11 and 12. Due to which the posts will not be filled according to the vacant posts. This is the reason why the Commission has directed to check the certificates of the candidates from September 4 to September 12 before the declaration of results.
