The comedy film starring real-life uncle-nephew Pawan Kalyan and Sai Dharam Tej will stream on Netflix on August 25. Netflix India made the announcement on its official Instagram handle, giving information about the film’s OTT release. Sharing this, Netflix India wrote in the caption, ‘Time is usually precious but this time is powerful. Pawan Kalyan and Sai Dharam Tej’s Bro is coming to Netflix on August 25. The film will be available in multiple languages including Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada and Hindi.
Bro is a remake of Vinodaya Seetham.
Apart from Pawan Kalyan and Sai Dharam Tej, the film also stars Priya Prakash Varrier, Ketika Sharma, Brahmanandam, Subbaraju, Rohini and Tanikela Bharani. A remake of the Tamil film Vinodaya Seetham, the story of Bro revolves around Mark, a self-centered and egotistical man who gets a unique opportunity to right his past mistakes after the death of Titan, the god of death.
Tremendous box office collection
After its theatrical release, Bro received mixed reviews from audiences and critics. The film’s worldwide collection within four days of its release was Rs. 101.54 crores and at the worldwide box office Rs. It was Pawan Kalyan’s sixth film to cross the 100 crore mark.
