BTSC Driver Recruitment 2023: Bihar Technical Service Commission has released 145 driver posts in various departments. Online application process has started for this recruitment from 1st September 2023. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online by visiting the official website btsc.bih.nic.in. Last date to apply is 30 September 2023. Women will get 35 percent horizontal reservation in recruitment. Among the vacancies, 62 posts are unreserved. 14 posts are reserved for EWS, 26 SC, 02 ST, 24 EBC and 12 BC category. 5 posts are reserved for backward class women.

Age Range – 18 years to 37 years. The maximum age limit is fixed at 40 years for unprotected women, 40 years for backward classes, 40 years for EBC classes, SC and ST. Age will be calculated from 1st August 2023 onwards.
Capacity – Candidate should be 10th pass and should have driving license.
Salary – 5200-20200/- Grade Pay – 1900 / Pay Level – 2
Selection – Computer based written examination and skill test.
First computer based written test will be conducted. 100 objective type questions will be asked for 100 marks. See you in 2 hours.
Drivers working on contract will get additional marks.
Computer Based Test (CBT) marks and work experience will not be the basis of merit list. CBT marks and work experience will only qualify for driving and vehicle general knowledge test.
The driving test will be of 100 marks. There will also be CBT related to general information of the vehicle which will be worth 50 marks.
