CBSE Board Exam 2024: CBSE Class 12 students cannot change subjects

CBSE Board Exam 2024: The Central Board of Secondary Education has released the guidelines for the Class 10 and 12 board exams to be held in 2024. According to these guidelines, students will not study the subject in 12th, i.e. whatever subject they study in 11th, they have to study the same subject in 12th also. All the schools have been instructed to fill the photo and details of the students carefully. According to CBSE, the 10th and 12th board exams are scheduled to start from the second week of February. The schools have already been informed about this. Subjects with less number of students will be examined first.

Additional subjects will not be available in 10th and 12th
Apart from this, it has also been said that if a student wants to take an additional subject, he has to take it at the time of registration in class 9 or 11. No additional subject will be given to the student in class 12 and 11.

75% attendance is required
According to the guidelines issued by the board, 75 per cent attendance of students in school is now mandatory by January 1, 2024. The board has been told that after receiving the list of students from the regional office, it will be decided whether the students with low attendance should be allowed to take the exam or not. However, the final decision will be with the board, such students will be able to sit for the examination only after permission from the board.
