Delhi University has started admission for the third list of graduates from Tuesday. 11656 students have reserved their place for the third list. However, so far only 34642 students have secured their seats. According to the information received from DU, so far 1544 students have taken admission under sports quota while 886 students have taken admission under ECA. DU says that 6104 students have upgraded their option. That is, in the course or college in which they have got admission in the second list, they are upgraded only after getting the subject in their desired course or college. 28889 students have upgraded admission in first list.

A committee formed by DU has also held meetings to conduct peaceful elections. In which the smooth implementation of law and order, compliance with the recommendations of the Lyngdoh Committee, instructions given by the High Court were discussed.
