Dream Girl 2 Box Office Collection Day 3: Ayushmann Khurrana and Ananya Pandey starrer comedy Dream Girl 2 received a fantastic response at the box office. The film managed to cross the Rs 40 crore mark at the Indian box office on its first Sunday. Ayushmann Khurrana’s Dream Girl 2 did business of Rs 10.69 crore on opening day, Rs 14.02 crore on first Saturday and around Rs 16 crore on first Sunday. That is, the film has managed to collect a total of Rs 40.71 crore so far.

Ayushmann Khurrana’s comedy Dream Girl 2 managed a total of 24.69 percent in its Hindi shows in India on Sunday. According to trade portal Saknilk, the film sold around 1.50 lakh tickets on the third day of its advance booking. The film performed well in some parts of North India and was also well received in Central and South Indian markets.
Film reviewer and trade analyst Taran Adarsh said that the upcoming Raksha Bandhan holiday on August 30 is likely to increase the box office collection of the film. Let us tell you that stars like Rajpal Yadav, Abhishek Banerjee, Annu Kapoor, Vijay Raj have also given tremendous performances in Dream Girl 2.
Talking about Ghadar 2, the Sunny Deol starrer has earned 17 crores on its 17th day i.e. Sunday, which is more than Dream Girl 2. However, Ghadar 2 is still firmly in the fray. Notably, Sunny Deol’s Ghadar 2 has taken the box office by storm from day one. In such a scenario, it will be interesting to see if Ayushmann’s Dream Girl 2 can stand up to Ghadar 2 in the coming days.
