Accusations and counter-arguments continue to be debated.

When the suspension was lifted, Adhir Ranjan Chaudhary said, “Look, I’ve been saying from the beginning that I find this kind of suspension very strange.” Since I have been in the Lok Sabha for so many days, accusations and counter-arguments are being debated. There are comments on each other. This is also the tradition of democracy. Even then I was surprised when this decision was taken against me. I want to tell you that I didn’t do anything wrong, I didn’t do anything wrong.

One may misunderstand, this is a different matter. Before passing any judgment it should have been seen whether there was any mistake or not. However, I accepted the decision given by the Speaker. I had said that day also that I had been punished but I felt curious why I had to go to the Privileges Committee to answer.

My argument seemed right to him

I am grateful to everyone. Our members have set this new example that when it comes to the House, everyone is a partner. In which this decision has been given unanimously. They found my argument right, so I am very thankful to all my friends, whatever party they belong to, be it the ruling party or the opposition.

He said why would I express regret and apologise, I just said that I didn’t mean to hurt anyone. There is no question of expressing regret because I have done no wrong. I still stand by what I said in the House that day. The Speaker has the right to remove anything he finds objectionable. I stand by my word, I have not done anything wrong. The wrong word is not used.
