IIIT BTech: Good news for the students who took admission in BTech in TripleIT this year. Now students can study psychology and law along with technical education. Along with this, the students admitted this year will also be able to get B.Tech Honors degree. The institute has two branches of B.Tech, IT and EC, which are kept as main subjects. Along with this, Indian Knowledge System, Entrepreneurship Development, Psychology and Legal Knowledge have been included as minor subjects.

The four year course of B.Tech will be of 160 credits. In this, 15 credits will be minor. The major degree will be awarded at 145 credits. If you get 15 more credits, you will get a minor degree along with the major. Students who obtain an additional 15 credits out of 160 within four years will be eligible for the B.Tech Honors degree. First Senate approved implementation of NEP in all B.Tech courses.

Today is the last chance to apply for direct admission to BTech, BPharma and MCA

The proposal approved by the Senate was placed before the Board of Governors i.e. BOG, the supreme body of the organization. Director Prof. Mukul Sutavane said that BOG has also given its seal of approval. There will also be multiple exit and multiple entry option for students. For example, if a student studies B.Tech for one year, he will be awarded a certificate.
