Rahul Gandhi has reiterated his demand for a JPC probe into the Adani case
Following the allegations leveled against the Adani Group by the Organized Crime and Corruption Reporting Project (OCRP), former Congress President Rahul Gandhi has once again reiterated his demand for a JPC probe into the matter. Targeting the central government on Thursday, he said that this matter is connected with the country’s reputation. He said that the truth of the entire episode related to Adani can only come out through the JPC.
The court should note:AAP leader Sanjay Singh said, I request the Supreme Court to consider the OCCRP report and take strict action against Adani. A JPC should be constituted to investigate.
Open violation of rules: Congress General Secretary Jairam Ramesh said that the Adani group has used shell companies. This is a clear violation of SEBI regulations. The report is a reminder that the Prime Minister’s scam has turned out to be hollow.
