Indian Coast Guard Recruitment 2023: Every year Indian Coast Guard recruits vacancies. At the same time, the recruitment notification has been issued for this year as well. Indian Coast Guard has invited applications from candidates for 350 vacancies for Seaman and Mechanical Posts. Candidates willing to join Indian Coast Guard Seaman (Domestic Branch), Seaman (General Duty) and Mechanical Recruitment 2023 can apply from September 8. Eligible candidates can apply online through the official site of Indian Coast Guard, joinindiancoastguard.cdac.in. This recruitment drive will fill 350 posts in the institute.
The registration process for 350 posts will start from September 8 and close on September 22, 2023.

Seaman (General Duty): 260 Posts
NAVIK (Domestic Branch): 30 Posts
Mechanical (Mechanical): 25 posts
Mechanical (Electrical): 20 Posts
Mechanical (Electronics): 15 Posts
Eligibility Criteria
Various qualifications are prescribed post wise. Candidates age limit should be between 18 years to 22 years to join this recruitment. Candidates applying for the post of Seaman (Domestic Branch), Seaman (General Duty) and Mechanical should be born between 01 May 2002 to 30 April 2006.
Selection process
The selection of candidates is based on their performance in Stage-I, II, III and IV meeting the prescribed medical standards during the medical examination and the All India Merit Order based on the number of vacancies available for the post.
Candidates (except SC/ST candidates who are exempted from payment of fee) through online mode through Net Banking or UPI Rs. 300/- has to be paid. Candidates can visit the official website of Indian Coast Guard for more details.
