Mumbai. TV actor and host Jay Bhanushali and actress Mahi Vij’s daughter Tara Bhanushali is admitted to the hospital. Tara was admitted to the hospital after being diagnosed with influenza A flu. Mahi has shared a video of her daughter from the hospital. In this video, it can be seen that Tara has a cannula in her hand. Mahi is seen tying her daughter’s hair and playing with her. While sharing this video, Mahi revealed how Tara got fever and how she knew it was flu. He also appealed to other parents through social media to take care of their children and be careful.

Mahi Vij wrote a long note along with the video, “A child’s fever worries parents, sometimes scares them. I understand when Tara developed a high fever this Thursday night, it was a nightmare for all of us. Tara went to school on Thursday after a long break over the Independence Day weekend. Fever is very common. But this time the matter became very serious for our star.

Mahi Vij further wrote, “We tried to give him medicine after consulting the doctors, but even after giving him Ibugesic Plus his fever remained at 104 and above. It became really stressful for us. We also bandaged him with cold water at night. Still she was shivering and her body temperature was rising.

Mahi Vij further wrote, “I spoke to her doctor at 1 am and he said there is nothing to worry about as all children these days are getting viral and falling ill. But being a mother I had to worry, so it was our sleepless night. Friday morning, Saturday afternoon I had to rush to the hospital and the doctors ran some tests on him and it was influenza A flu.”

Mahi Vij said, “It is a severe contagious viral infection of the respiratory system. This causes fever, body aches, cough and other symptoms. Most children are sick with the flu for a few days. But some children have more severe disease and may need hospital treatment. So it was best for us to recruit him.”

Mahi Vij further wrote, “Avoid sending children to school even if they have a runny nose. This flu should not be taken lightly and please start taking good care of children if their immune system is weak. Talk to your doctor about getting the flu vaccine for you and other family members. You are getting better day by day. Today is the fourth day and she is insisting to go home. And hopefully we will reach home by evening.”
