Pragyan rover found a large crater while walking on the moon. The Pragyan rover has been safely steered to a new path after a four-meter crater was discovered on the moon’s surface.

The Indian Space Research Organization tweeted on Monday afternoon that the rover has spotted a crater three meters from the edge and has now been sent on a safe course.
Chandrayaan-3 Mission:
On August 27, 2023, the rover encountered a 4-meter diameter crater located 3 meters ahead of its location.

With only 10 days left to complete one lunar day, Nilesh M., director of the Space Application Center (SAC). Desai said on Sunday that Chandrayaan-3’s rover module Pragyan is moving on the lunar surface. ISRO scientists are working to cover the maximum distance to the unknown South Pole by a six-wheeled rover.
On August 23, India took a giant leap in the field of space when the Chandrayaan-3 lander module successfully landed on the South Pole of the Moon. Due to which India has become the first country to achieve this historic achievement.
India has become the fourth country after America, China and Russia to successfully land on the surface of the Moon.
