RPSC Exam Date 2023: Rajasthan Public Service Commission has announced the date of Junior Legal Officer Recruitment Exam. As per notification published on RPSC website, RPAC Junior Legal Officer Recruitment Exam will be conducted on 28 and 29 October 2023. In this regard, candidates can check the notice on the Commission’s website, rpsc.rajasthan.gov.in. The commission has said that the detailed time table of this examination will be published on the website of the commission in due course.
Candidates are to be selected for total 140 posts of Junior Legal Officer through RPSC Junior Legal Officer Recruitment Exam.
Exam Pattern:
RPSC Legal Officer Exam will have 4 papers.
Paper-1 will be about Constitution of India, Fundamental Rights, Directive Principles and Legal Rights, High Court and Supreme Court and Functioning of Attorney General.
While Paper-2 will focus on questions related to Criminal Procedure and Civil Code Laws, which will generally be related to government offices.
Paper-3 will have questions related to Law of Evidence, Limitation Act, Interpretation, Drafting and Communication of Laws.
Paper-4 will be a language paper. It will have normal Hindi, normal English.
Time allotted for each paper will be 3 hours. Each question paper will carry 50 marks. A candidate must secure a minimum of 40% marks in each paper to pass.
