Union Health Minister Mansukh Mandaviya and Minister of State for Health SP Singh Baghel were also present on the occasion.
Dhankhar said that the convocation is taking place after a gap of three years and this gap reminds him of the Covid pandemic. He said that the health workers brought the country out of that crisis with their hard work and serious efforts.
The Vice President said, ‘He demonstrated our civilization. We also fought against covid in our country and helped many countries. This is a remarkable achievement. It was sad to see that some concerns were raised without believing in our ability.
