SSC Constable GD Exam 2024: The application process for Constable General Duty (Constable GD 2024) in Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF), NIA and SSF will start from tomorrow, 24 November 2023. In this regard, the notification of SSC GD Constable in Staff Selection will be issued on the Commission’s website, ssc.nic.in. The online application process will start as soon as the notification is released. According to the information released earlier by the commission regarding the SSC GD Constable 2024 examination, the online application process will run from 24 November to 28 December 2023. SSC GD 2024 Application Eligibility:
Class 10 i.e. Matric pass candidates from any recognized board can apply for SSC GD Constable Exam 2024. Age limit for GD Constable can be 18 to 23 years. However, complete and accurate information will be available only after the notification is issued.
SSC GD 2024 Exam Syllabus:
Talking about the possible syllabus of SSC GD Exam 2024, it consists of total 80 objective type questions and the exam is of total 160 marks. Each question carries 2 marks. Fourth mark will be deducted as minus marking for wrong answer. This will be Computer Based Test (CBT). SSC GD The exam pattern will have four sections which are as follows-
1-Common sense and reasoning
2-General knowledge and general awareness
3-Elementary Mathematics
4-English/Hindi
The exam will be completed in four phases-
The SSC GD 2024 exam will be completed in four phases. First will be the CBT exam, in which successful candidates will get an opportunity to sit for the PET/PST. After this the final stage will be medical test and document verification.
SSC GD Constable PET :
In SSC GD Constable Recruitment Prospective Physical Performance Test (PET), male candidates have to run 5 km in 24 minutes. Female candidates also have to run 1.6 km in 6.5 minutes.
Physical Standard Test:
Male candidates – 170 cm.
Female Candidates – 157 cm.
Chest – Male Candidates – 80 cm. (Extended – 85 cm)
SSC GD Exam Time Table 2024:
The schedule of SSC GD Exam 2024 was released on 31 October. As per schedule, Constable GD Exam will be held from 20 February 2024 to 12 March 2024. GD Constable Recruitment Exam 2024 will be conducted on scheduled dates 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 26, 27, 28, 29 February and 1, 5, 6, 7, 11, 12 March, 2024. Along with this, the commission also announced the dates of Delhi Police Constable Exam 2023. SSC Delhi Police Constable (Executive) Exam for Female and Male candidates will be conducted from 14 November 2023 to 3 December 2023.
