Stock Market Open: Today i.e. Monday, August 25, 2023, Indian stock market opened lower. Today the business has started on the red mark in the market. On the last trading day of the week, the 30-share benchmark index BSE Sensex opened over 250 points lower at 65,000.67.

The rupee fell by 12 paise against the US dollar
The rupee’s three-day rally came to a halt in early trade on Friday amid a stronger US currency and weaker equity markets. The rupee fell 12 paise to 82.68 against the US dollar in early trade.
