Mumbai. Sunny Deol Bungalow Auction Matter: Sunny Deol has been in the news for the past several months for ‘Gadar 2’. His film which released last week is making record breaking earnings. This put Sunny on cloud nine. But Sunny’s happiness was interrupted by an advertisement from the Bank of Baroda, when newspapers published an advertisement for the auction of his bungalow in Juhu. Due to this, Sunny’s fans were shocked that even though his film was earning crores of rupees, he didn’t have 56 crores to repay the loan. The news of the auction of Sunny’s bungalow quickly went viral. But now Bank of Baroda has released a new statement.

In this statement, Bank of Baroda said that it has withdrawn the auction notice of Sunny Deol’s Juhu bungalow. Sunny’s bungalow was to be auctioned on August 25. The bank had to recover its Rs 56 crore through auction. For this, the bank blocked Sunny’s property. Sunny had defaulted on the loan since December last year.

“The rectification of the e-auction notice issued in respect of Ajay Singh Deol alias Sunny Deol has been withdrawn due to technical reasons,” Bank of Baroda said in its statement. The bank said in its withdrawn announcement that the auction of the Juhu property, known as ‘Sunny Villa’, will start at Rs 51.43 crore.
