Sunny Deol’s bungalow to be auctioned amid success of ‘Gadar 2’, actor had no money to repay loan, got so much time

Mumbai. Sunny Deol Juhu Bungalow E-Auction: Sunny Deol is very happy with the success of the film ‘Gadar 2’. This film has done a business of more than 300 crores. It became the first highest grossing film of Sunny Deol’s career. Despite this much money, a disappointing news has come out for Sunny’s fans. Amidst the success of ‘Gadar 2’ (Gadar 2 box office collection), Sunny’s bungalow in Juhu is going to be auctioned. Sunny had taken a loan from the bank for this bungalow, which he could not repay. After this, the bank has issued an e-auction notification for the auction of Sunny’s bungalow.

The name of Sunny Deol’s bungalow is ‘Sunny Villa’. Sunny’s bungalow will be auctioned through e-auction on September 25. Bank of Baroda has advertised in the newspaper for e-auction. According to the notice, Ajay Singh Deol alias Sunny Deol took a loan of 55 crore 99 lakh 80 thousand 766 rupees from Bank of Baroda.

Sunny Deol himself is also its guarantor. The bank has said Sunny owes Rs 55.99 crore, which will be recovered through auction. Sunny runs his business from this bungalow. He has an office in a bungalow named ‘Sunny Super Sound’. Apart from this there is 1 preview theater and 2 other post-production suites. This office was established in the late 80s.

As per the procedure, Bank of Baroda will approach the District Magistrate and after DM’s approval, the buyer will get possession of the property. The buyer who bids the highest during the virtual auction will get possession of the bungalow. The process of possession will be completed after approval of DM. This process can take months to years.

According to reports, Sunny Deol mortgaged his studio to raise money for his 2016 directorial venture Ghayal Once Again. He took a loan against his property to pay the dues of his financiers.
