The market capitalization of three of the top-10 companies in the Sensex last week collectively rose by Rs. 82,082.91 crore was reduced. Reliance Industries has suffered the most. Among the top-10 companies, Reliance Industries, HDFC Bank and State Bank of India (SBI) saw their market valuation decline last week. The BSE’s 30-share Sensex lost 62.15 points or 0.09 per cent last week. Reliance Industries retained the first position in the list of top-10 companies. It is followed by TCS, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, Hindustan Unilever, Infosys, ITC, SBI, Bharti Airtel and Bajaj Finance respectively.
Increase the market cap of these companies
Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), ICICI Bank, Hindustan Unilever, Infosys, ITC, Bharti Airtel and Bajaj Finance saw market cap increase. The market capitalization of these seven companies collectively stands at Rs. 67,814.1 crore has increased.

In the week under review, the market valuation of Reliance Industries was Rs. 58,690.9 crore down to Rs. 16,71,073.78 crores. HDFC Bank has a market cap of Rs. 20,893.12 crore reduced to Rs. 11,81,835.08 crore and State Bank of India has a market cap of Rs. 2,498.89 crores down to Rs. 5,08,926 crores.
On the other hand, Bajaj Finance has a market cap of Rs. 21,025.39 crore increased to Rs. 4,36,788.86 crores. ICICI Bank’s market valuation is Rs. 13,716.34 crore to Rs. 6,79,267.17 crore and the market valuation of Infosys at Rs. 13,199.82 crore increased to Rs. 5,89,579.08 crores.
Bharti Airtel has a market cap of Rs. 9,731.21 crore increased to Rs. 4,88,461.91 crores. Market value of TCS is Rs. 4,738.47 crore increased to Rs. 12,36,978.91 crore and Hindustan Unilever has a market value of Rs. 2,972.23 crore increased to Rs. 6,03,222.31 crores. ITC’s market cap is Rs. 2,430.64 crore increased to Rs. 5,53,251.90 crores.
