The Ratnaveer IPO received positive response from retail investors and non-institutional investors (NIIs) on the first day. However, the issue did not receive much response from eligible institutional buyers on the first day. But the retail and NII portions were oversubscribed on the first day. Retail investors’ portion of Ratnaveer IPO was subscribed 7.63 times, NII portion 9.02 times and QIB portion 5%.

Considering the upper circuit of the IPO price band and the existing premium in the gray market, the estimated listing price of Ratnaveer Precision shares is ₹146 per share, which is 48.98% higher than the IPO price of ₹98.
