UP Police ASI Bharti: Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board, Lucknow has released an important notification regarding recruitment examination for promotion of Class-IV personnel to the post of Assistant Sub-Inspector (Ministry). A notice issued by the UPPPPB said that some employees are to be promoted to the post of ASI, in which case tenders (EOIs) are invited from interested agencies.
UP Police Recruitment Board has said that only the agency which has been serving in India for last 5 years can apply in this EOI. Along with this, the agency can get the pre-examination, post-examination activities done on 31 March 2023. Along with this, the exam can be conducted online through Hindi and English medium and its merit list can be prepared.
Apart from this, the agency has to prepare several other responsibilities like website and data integration to complete the examination and selection process. Preparation of application process and its data base. Arrangements should be made for allotting examination centers to candidates and recording their attendance. Apart from this, a help desk related to UPPPPB recruitment has to be created where candidates can get their problems resolved.
UP Police has said in its notification that total 150 candidates can participate in the exam for personnel promotion. However, this number may increase or decrease at the time of initiation of promotion examination process. Candidates can check the complete notification here-
