UPSESSB: Teachers struggling to join even after five years of selection

In the result declared by UPSESSB on 19 June 2018, Nagendra Pal was selected for the post of Lecturer History in Indrani Intermediate College Sangramgarh Pratapgarh. But still not getting joining.
