Airindia Vistara Merger: The Competition Commission of India (CCI) has cleared the Tata Group airline Air India-Vistara merger subject to certain conditions. Even after the Vistara Airlines merger, the full service airline will continue to be known as Air India. If you understand in simple language, after the merger, Vistara Airlines will cease to exist.
